Kanika, Brand Manager at YES Global Institute, drives the digital marketing campaigns and is the key enabler for brand building & designing brand strategy. She manages key digital stakeholders of YES Global Institute and is responsible for creating strategies to increase online traffic to the institutes’ Website & Social Media space, Improving the user experience (Includes design, content and usability), Collecting and Evaluating customer feedback data to create a brand name and increase awareness.

Prior to joining YES BANK, she has worked with organizations such as TV 18 Group and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd (BCCL). She has also been instrumental in driving the outreach activities and on ground activations for the Institute’s campaigns. She has been honored with the Chairman’s Award for Excellence at BCCL for exemplary performance and impactful positive contribution to the business.

She has completed her Post Graduate Degree in Planning and Entrepreneurship with a Specialization in Marketing from IMI Europe, Bachelor of Business Administration from IMM New Delhi and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Delhi.
